Areas of Expertise: Analytical biochemistry (especially HPLC, TLC, GC-MS), radiolabel studies, plant and insect biochemistry, lipid biochemistry, ruminant nutrition, mitochondrial respiration, enzymology, rapid in-vitro screening techniques.
